BREAKING: Kaepernick To Move To Cuba If This One Thing Happens
This has been a disheartening year for football fans, who have had to watch San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick disrespect the American flag—over and over and over.
Though some can agree with his sentiments, many law-abiding Americans are furious with the method Kaepernick chose to express his anger. Some have even insisted that if Kaepernick despises our country so much, he should just leave.
Now, that appears to be an option the football player is considering on his own.
When asked about his controversial comments on the death of Cuban dictator Fidel Castro, Kaepernick replied, “As a matter of fact, when I retire, I’m going to move to Cuba permanently if Donald Trump is still president at the time.”
“There’s just no point in trying to explain to y’all that what you’re doing is wrong and that what Donald Trump is doing is also very wrong,” he continued. “So, I give up. If the United States is still under a dictator by the time I’m finished with my professional career, I’m permanently relocating to Cuba.”
What do you think of Kaepernick’s comments? Should he just get a head start and leave now?
